Job summary
RELX International in Manila invites an Operations Supervisor to lead the Digital Marketing and Business Intelligence teams, ensuring quality service and strong alignment with business priorities.
You will manage day-to-day operations, monitor KPIs, drive process improvements, and champion automation and AI-enabled workflows to enhance productivity and reliable insights for stakeholders across campaigns, dashboards, and reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree holder.
- Experience leading or supervising teams in marketing operations, digital marketing, BI, or analytics.
- Strong people leadership, coaching, performance management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Good understanding of Digital Marketing operations and campaign lifecycle.
- Working knowledge of BI concepts such as reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and business requirements.
- Experience with process improvement or automation is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop Digital Marketing and BI teams.
- Manage workload, priorities, and team capacity to meet quality targets.
- Monitor KPIs, address risks, and handle escalations.
- Oversee BI services including reporting, dashboards, and insights.
- Foster continuous improvement and automation with stakeholders.
