Job summary

RELX INC is seeking an Operations Supervisor in Manila to lead and coach a Digital Marketing and Business Intelligence team. You will oversee daily service delivery, workforce capacity, and performance management, ensuring quality and timely outputs for business stakeholders.

You will collaborate with Digital Marketing and BI specialists to translate priorities into plans, drive process improvements, and promote automation and AI-enabled solutions to enhance productivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–5 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Experience in marketing operations, digital marketing, BI, analytics, or shared services.
• Strong leadership, coaching, performance management, workload management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good understanding of Digital Marketing operations and the campaign lifecycle.
• Working knowledge of BI and analytics concepts; deep BI expertise is not required.
• Analytical, problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Organized, proactive, accountable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with process improvement, automation, or AI-enabled workflows is an advantage.
• Willing to work on a mid-shift schedule and align with supported stakeholders as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Digital Marketing and BI team members.
• Manage workload, priorities, resource allocation, and team capacity to meet quality and turnaround targets.
• Monitor team performance and KPIs, address delivery risks and escalations.
• Ensure processes, documentation, tools, and standards are consistently followed.
• Oversee Digital Marketing delivery, including intake, prioritization, campaign coordination, stakeholder communication, and quality.
• Translate business priorities into clear plans, timelines, and deliverables.
• Support improvements in marketing processes, tools, automation, and ways of working.
• Oversee BI services such as reporting, dashboards, recurring insights, and ad hoc analysis.
• Promote data quality, clear documentation, and actionable insights.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and provide updates on priorities, capacity, risks, and performance.
