RELX is seeking an Operations Supervisor for Corporate Marketing & Business Intelligence to lead a team delivering marketing and BI services. You will manage workloads, coach staff, and align delivery with business priorities, while driving process improvements and automation initiatives.

The role emphasizes stakeholder communication, performance management, and a focus on quality and efficiency in a mid-shift capacity to support global stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree holder.
• 3–5 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience leading teams in marketing operations, digital marketing, BI, analytics, or shared services.
• Strong people leadership, coaching, performance management, workload management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good understanding of Digital Marketing operations and campaign lifecycle.
• Working knowledge of BI and analytics concepts (reporting, dashboards, KPIs, data quality).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.
