Job summary

Funmania Inc. in Taguig City is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee day-to-day play center operations, ensure safety and cleanliness of facilities, and supervise frontline staff.

You will lead shift briefings, support sales targets, and coordinate with events teams to deliver memorable experiences for guests. The role involves managing customer interactions, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining accurate operational records.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the day-to-day operations of the play center and ensure smooth business operations.
• Monitor opening and closing procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Ensure all play equipment, facilities, and amenities are safe, clean, and fully operational.
• Conduct routine inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operational procedures.
• Supervise, coach, and motivate frontline staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Assign daily tasks and monitor employee performance.
• Conduct shift briefings and ensure proper staff scheduling and attendance.
• Assist in onboarding and training new employees.
• Promote teamwork, accountability, and a positive work environment.
• Ensure guests receive friendly, professional, and efficient service at all times.
• Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Monitor overall guest satisfaction and implement improvements to enhance the customer experience.
• Support the achievement of daily and monthly sales targets.
• Promote memberships, birthday party packages, events, and other company services.
• Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing Team for promotions and special events.
• Assist in increasing customer engagement and repeat visits.
• Oversee the successful execution of birthday parties, school visits, corporate events, and other group bookings.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure events are delivered according to customer expectations.
• Ensure all event requirements are prepared before, during, and after each activity.
• Prepare daily operational reports, incident reports, and shift summaries.
• Monitor inventory of supplies and recommend replenishment when necessary.
• Assist in cash handling procedures and ensure accurate daily sales reconciliation when assigned.
• Maintain accurate operational records and documentation.
