Job summary

You will supervise staff, manage rosters, coordinate maintenance, and address guest concerns to maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment. The role requires a relevant bachelor's degree, 2–3 years of supervisory experience in park or resort settings, and strong leadership, communication, and guest-handling skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Park Management, Recreation Management or related field.
• 2–3 years of supervisory experience in park operations or related hospitality settings.
• Strong leadership skills with experience supervising ground staff and daily operations.
• Good communication, interpersonal and guest-handling skills.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Willing to work in General Trias, Cavite.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily park operations, cleanliness, and guest flow across park grounds.
• Conduct opening and closing inspections of facilities, amenities, and activity areas.
• Create weekly staff rosters and daily shift assignments based on guest volume and needs.
• Monitor attendance, shift swaps, and leave requests to ensure manpower coverage.
• Conduct daily inspections of facilities, equipment, and park assets for safety issues.
• Report maintenance concerns and coordinate with technicians for timely repairs.
• Handle escalated guest concerns and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Resolve operational issues while maintaining a positive guest experience.
• Coordinate with other departments to address guest requests and service concerns.

• Coordinate with relevant departments or personnel to address guest requests and service concerns.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Park Management, Recreation Management, or a related field.




• At least 2–3 years of supervisory experience in park operations, resort management, hospitality, recreational facilities, or a related industry.




• Strong leadership skills with demonstrated experience in supervising ground staff and managing daily operations.




• Good communication, interpersonal, and guest-handling skills.
