Job summary

FUNmania Inc. is seeking a Center Supervisor to manage the ActiveFun Center in Quezon City. You will oversee Play Area, Snack Bar, housekeeping, maintenance and party/catering operations, while leading a diverse team to deliver high-quality service.

This on-site role requires hands-on supervision, strong communication and the ability to meet sales targets. You will train staff, implement marketing initiatives and ensure clean, safe facilities for events and daily operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Able to manage multi-section operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Center (Play Area, Snack Bar, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Party/Catering Operations).
• Lead and coach staff; ensure safety and cleanliness; address guest concerns promptly.
• Implement store marketing initiatives to drive sales and achieve targets.
• Focus on sales profitability with proper cost control and resource utilization.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure high-quality guest experiences.

Job Summary:

The Center Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the ActiveFun Center which covers the following sections: Play Area, Snack Bar, Housekeeping and Maintenance and Party/Banquet/ Catering Operations.

Hands-on supervisory role requires an active, engaged leader who can motivate and lead a diverse team, complete a broad range of tasks and develop positive relationships with customers and his/her team. Working in conjunction with other departments, this position will ensure the delivery of a high level of clean, safe, secure and well-maintained facilities as well as execution of party functions and events.

The Center Supervisor ensures that all guests and store related concerns are addressed promptly and efficiently. He/ She is responsible for training the staff under his/her supervision in all aspects of operations. He/ She implements Store Marketing Initiatives to help achieve the store’s sales targets.

The Center Supervisor is also responsible for Sales and Profitability of the store assigned to him/her. He/ She ensures control measures are strictly implemented to maximize sales and net profits.
