Job summary

SM Supermalls’ Snacktime division in Trece Martires, Cavite seeks an individual to support management in ensuring profitable cinema operations and meeting income targets through monitoring and analysis of utilization, standards compliance, and workforce planning.

The role focuses on cinema operations, safety and security, and delivering exceptional customer experience, requiring a 4-year degree and at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity within F&B or customer-service sectors.

Qualifications

• Must have at least a 4-year degree.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in F&B or customer service.
• Willing to be assigned in SM City Trece Martires, Cavite.

• Oversee cinema operations and ensure compliance with standards.
• Maintain safety and security within the cinema and Snacktime areas.

He / She is responsible in supporting the management in ensuring profitable operations of Snacktime in accordance with Management’s directives and income expectations through monitoring, reviewing and analyzing information relative to the utilization of Snacktime and Cinema facilities, compliance to standards in operations, workforce and personnel planning that will impact Cinema operations performance along with excellent customer experience.
