Job summary

SM Supermalls (Shopping Center Management Corporation) is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee day-to-day cinema operations within the assigned area, ensuring efficient property management, service quality, and promotional activities.

You will monitor staff tasks, prepare reports, review screening times, supervise housekeeping and signage, and resolve customer concerns while collaborating with teams across Cavite locations, including SM City Trece Martires.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year course.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in similar or related role.
• Customer-service oriented mindset.
• Willing to work extended hours, holidays and shifting schedules.
• Willing to be assigned at SM City Trece Martires, Cavite.

Responsibilities

• Monitor personnel work assignments, attendance and appearance.
• Provide reports required by management, including hourly sales monitoring.
• Review screening time schedules on LED monitors and whiteboards for ratings and prices.
• Oversee cinema housekeeping, facilities, and signage installation.
• Handle customer complaints on refunds, transfers, and cinema rules.

About the role

The Operations Supervisor is responsible for day-to-day cinema operations concerns through efficient property management, development, customer service, and marketing activities of the assigned area.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor personnel work assignment, attendance and appearance

• Provide reports required by management, including monitoring of hourly sales

• Review screening time schedule on L.E.D. Monitors and white board for ratings and admission prices

• Monitor cinema housekeeping, check facilities, including proper installation of standees, advertisements and posters

• Handle customer complaints on refund, transfer procedure, cinema rules and regulations

About you

• Graduate of any 4-year course

• At least 2 years supervisory experience in similar or related job

• Customer-service oriented

• Willing to work on extended working hours, holidays and shifting schedules

• Willing to be assigned in SM City Trece Martires, Cavite
