2GO Group Inc. Sta. Rosa Hub is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead frontline teams responsible for parcel processing, sorting, and dispatch. You will drive workforce deployment, monitor performance, and implement improvements to ensure on-time service while controlling costs.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in a related field and have at least 3 years in logistics or hub operations, with strong leadership and data-analysis skills to drive results.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily hub operations, including receiving, sorting, processing, and dispatch activities.
• Monitor team productivity, service levels, and operational compliance with established standards and procedures.
• Manage workforce deployment, scheduling, and staffing requirements to support daily volume demands.
• Prepare operational reports and analyse performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and service quality.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational policies.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to address operational issues and maintain smooth workflow execution.
• Support cost optimisation initiatives through efficient manpower and resource utilisation.
• Coach, train, and develop team members to drive performance and accountability.

In this role, you'll ensure the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of the Sta. Rosa Hub by leading frontline teams responsible for parcel processing, sorting, dispatch, and delivery support activities. You'll drive operational excellence through effective workforce management, performance monitoring, and continuous process improvements, helping deliver reliable and on-time service to customers while optimizing resources and controlling costs.

Professional Experience
