Job summary

2GO Group is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to oversee the documentation and processing of returned goods, RUD, and BO stock within prescribed turnaround times. The role emphasizes accurate data entry in SAP, inventory monitoring, and timely Credit Memo handling, while ensuring compliance with partner requirements.

Educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Business/ Supply Chain, with at least one year in a logistics setting and familiarity with accounting basics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent in related field.
• One year of experience in a logistics company and basic accounting knowledge beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Monitor movement and quantity of all SKUs for pull-out transactions.
• Ensure completeness and correctness of data entry, including quantities per SKU in RGS documents, before system encoding (SAP).
• Monitor stock movements for actual and system inventory.
• Check pull-out documents against physical stocks for accuracy.
• Monitor all reason codes related to pull-out and RUD stocks.
• Ensure pull-outs are processed for Credit Memo (CM).
• Check completeness and correctness of processed Credit Memos based on invoices and transmit documents within 24 hours.
• Prepare disposal reports.
• Respond to queries on returns transactions.
• Submit monthly raw data for KPI reporting.
• Coordinate with principal regarding stocks for pull-out.
• Coordinate with supervisor on data-entry issues or adjustments.
• Maintain Good Housekeeping and GWP standards.
• Ensure back-to-bin items are returned to correct location.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor.

Here’s the difference you ’ll make

You will be responsible for ensuring that all returned goods, Reject Upon Delivery (RUD), and Bad Order (BO) stocks are accurately documented and processed within the prescribed turnaround times. You are to ensure timely claims processing, proper inventory monitoring, and compliance with documentation requirements agreed upon with principals and forwarding partners.

What you ’ll do

• Responsible for monitoring the movement and quantity of all SKUs pertaining to pull-out transactions.
• Ensure the completeness and correctness of data entry, including quantities per SKU in RGS documents, prior to system encoding using SAP.
• Monitor stock movements for both actual and system inventory.
• Check the accuracy of pull-out documents against physical stocks.
• Monitor all reason codes related to pull-out and RUD stocks.
• Ensure that all pull-outs received for the day are processed for Credit Memo (CM).
• Check the completeness and correctness of processed Credit Memos based on the invoice and transmit all documents to the principal within twenty-four (24) hours upon receipt.
• Prepare disposal reports.
• Respond to queries regarding returns transactions.
• Submit monthly raw data for KPI reporting.
• Coordinate with the principal regarding stocks for pull-out.
• Coordinate with the immediate superior regarding any issues or adjustments related to data entry in documents.
• Practice Good Housekeeping and Good Warehousing Practices (GWP)in accordance with documented policies and standards.
• Ensure that all items for back-to-bin are returned to the correct location.
• Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the immediate superior.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, or any related field.

Professional Experience

• At least one (1) year of experience in a logistics company, preferably with basic accounting knowledge.
