Job summary

2GO Group is seeking a dynamic leader to develop, manage, and execute sales and operations plans for the branch’s Freight & Travel business in the Philippines. You will drive revenue, ensure operational excellence, monitor expenses, and ensure regulatory compliance across the organization.

The role requires 2–3 years in a leadership position with strong skills in cargo/terminal operations, safety, and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Educational background: College graduate. IE is preferred or any management course.
• Professional experience: 2–3 yrs experience in leadership role.
• Competencies & knowledge: leadership, people management, coaching, conflict management, discipline, decision making, RCA, time management, communication, negotiation, business writing, cargo & travel terminal ops, freight documentation, port ops, sales & marketing, OSH, handling customer complaints, CIC and FDT process.

Responsibilities

• Oversees sales performance and ensures plans & strategies are implemented and achieved.
• Oversees & ensures operations performance & KPIs are achieved.
• Ensures branch compliance with policies & procedures.
• Implements corrective actions for deviations from policies.
• Implements disciplinary actions for deviations or violations of COC.
• Implements cost‑effective measures in the branch.
• Ensures employees receive proper trainings.
• Oversees daily sales & collections by assigned personnel.
• Oversees timely and accurate submission of required reports.
• Ensures policies & procedures related to security are followed.
• Ensures OSH & DOLE policies are complied with.
• Maintains good relationships with port operators, Arrastre, government agencies like PPA, PCG, service providers and other players in shipping.
