Job summary

2GO Group, Inc. is seeking a Branch Operations Leader to develop and execute sales and operations plans for its Freight & Travel business.

You will drive revenue, monitor expenses, and ensure compliance with regulatory bodies while leading a team across cargo and terminal operations. The role requires 2–3 years in a leadership position, with strong skills in people management, safety, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 2-3 years of leadership experience in a similar role.
• Strong track record in people management and operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sales performance and ensure execution of plans and strategies.
• Monitor and drive operations KPIs and ensure targets are met.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures across the branch.
• Implement corrective actions for deviations and enforce disciplinary measures as needed.
• Maintain cost efficiency and train staff to handle daily sales and collections.
• Ensure timely submission of required reports and proper handling of security protocols.

Job Description

You are to develop, manage and executes sales and operationsplans and strategies of the Branch’s Freight & Travel business to achieve:

• Revenue and Volume Target
• Operational excellence
• To monitor expenses and ensure spending iswithin budget
• Compliance to all regulatory bodies

What you’ll do

• Oversees sales performance, ensure plans &strategies are being implemented & achieve.
• Oversees & ensure operations performance& KPI's are achieve.
• Oversees & ensures branch are compliant withthe Policies & Procedures.
• Implement corrective measures & action plansfor any deviation on the Policies & Procedures.
• Implement disciplinary actions for any deviationor violations of the COC.
• Implement cost effective measures in the branch.
• Ensure that employees are equipped with proper& appropriate trainings.
• Oversees & ensure that daily sales &collections are properly handled by assigned personnel.
• Oversees timely and accurate submission ofrequired reports.
• Oversees & ensure Policies & proceduresrelated to Security are being followed & implemented.
• Oversees & ensure compliance to OSH policiesand DOLE policies.
• Maintain good working relationship with the Portoperators/Arrastre & Government agencies like PPA, PCG, service providers& other players in the shipping industry.

College graduate. IE is preferred or anymanagement course
