Job summary

2GO Group, Inc. is seeking a Regular role in Outports Operations Visayas, Cebu City. You will assist in container movements, verify outbound/inbound cargo and documentation, and ensure compliance with DGs and other cargo guidelines.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of experience in shipping/yard operations; your tasks include yard cleanliness, safety, and timely transfers to loading piers.

Qualifications

• Experience in shipyard and container handling processes.
• Knowledge of dangerous goods handling is a plus.
• Willing to work in Cebu and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Ensure CY utilization targets and KPI tracking.
• Verify outbound and inbound cargo and documentation.
• Coordinate transfer of outbound containers to loading pier.
• Advise customers on yard cleanliness and safety.
• Maintain compliance with DGs, RC, Peracs, and other cargos.
• Assist in other tasks as assigned.

Here’s the difference you’ll make

You are responsible for assisting in container movementsbased on booking requirements, ensuring accurate documentation (EIR) of cargotransfers from origin CYs to destination on-dock CYs or terminals. You helpverify outbound containers after stuffing and inbound cargoes before release toensure proper loading, complete documentation, and compliance with establishedguidelines for dangerous goods (DGs), containerized reefer cargo (RC),perishable cargoes (Peracs), sugar, and other goods. You coordinate the timelytransfer of outbound containers to the loading pier, advise customers onmaintaining cleanliness, proper yard organization, and safety within thecontainer yard (CY), and perform other tasks as assigned from time to time.

What you’ll do

• CY Utilization - Customer / Shipper's Truck TATwithin SLA - monthly KPI
• CY Utilization - Container Dwell Time - MT'sbased on allocation (48hrs), Laden (within 8hrs), for stripping (within 24hrs)- monthly KPI
• Availability of RC driver/CHEO during loading ofoutbound rolling cargoes & breakbulk - monthly KPI
• Outgoing and incoming cargoes managementincluding MTS - monthly KPI
• CY Utilization - 80% maximization - monthly KPI
• Claims - understated and due to incident -monthly KPI
