Job summary

RecruitNest Consulting in Cebu City invites an experienced Audit Supervisor to lead Logistics Data Analysts/Auditors across multiple regions. You will oversee audit operations, resolve exceptions, and coach the team to deliver high-quality service.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.

• Experience in logistics or financial analysis is an advantage.
• Experience mentoring teams in a performance-driven environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with focus on process improvement.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with clients, carriers, and internal stakeholders.
• Can start immediately, if possible.

Responsibilities

• Oversee audit processes to identify and resolve exceptions accurately and efficiently.
• Prioritize tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely deliverables.
• Plan sessions using KPI reports and scorecards to maintain audit operations.
• Monitor performance against customer metrics and SLAs.
• Collaborate with carriers and customers to understand needs and ensure quality service.
• Serve as escalation point for carrier and customer concerns, providing timely resolutions.
• Implement and maintain SOPs for consistency and compliance across operations.
• Identify non-standard processes and work with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and compliance.
• Maintain process documentation and SOPs in SharePoint or other repositories.
• Participate in audits, team meetings, and performance discussions for improvements.
• Monitor and coach team members for performance and development.

About the Job:

We are looking for an Audit Supervisor to join our client's team and lead Logistics Data Analysts/Auditors across multiple regions. In this role, you will oversee audit operations, ensure the accurate and timely resolution of audit exceptions, monitor team performance against customer metrics, and maintain strong relationships with carriers and clients. You will also manage workflows, support process improvements, maintain documentation, and coach team members to promote consistent, high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support Logistics Data Analysts/Auditors managing client accounts across Asia, Europe, and the Americas.
• Oversee the execution of audit processes to accurately and efficiently identify and resolve exceptions.
• Prioritize team tasks, monitor progress, and ensure the timely completion of deliverables.
• Conduct regular planning sessions using KPI reports and scorecards to maintain consistent audit operations.
• Monitor performance against customer metrics and service level agreements.
• Collaborate with carriers and customers to understand their needs and ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Serve as an escalation point for carrier and customer concerns, providing timely resolutions and follow-up.
• Implement and maintain standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and compliance across operations.
• Identify non-standard processes and work with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and compliance.
• Maintain process documentation, SOPs, and work instructions in SharePoint or other standard repositories.
• Participate in audit reviews, team meetings, and performance discussions to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Monitor individual and team performance and provide regular coaching, mentoring, and guidance.
