Job summary

ADSIA Logistics Inc. in Mandaue City, Cebu, is seeking an experienced Load Planner/Team Lead to optimize load planning operations and lead a warehouse and logistics team.

You will focus on maximizing vehicle utilization, reducing costs and ensuring on-time deliveries while maintaining safety, regulatory compliance and service excellence across our distribution network.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in load planning, warehouse ops or logistics management
• Proven team leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of load optimization and capacity management
• Experience with WMS and TMS systems
• Analytical, problem-solving and decision-making under pressure
• Knowledge of shipping regulations and safety standards
• Diploma or Bachelor's in Logistics or Supply Chain (preferred)
• Experience with cost analysis and budgeting (desirable)

About the role

ADSIA Logistics Inc. is seeking an experienced Load Planner/TL (Team Lead) to join our dynamic warehousing, storage and distribution team. This is a full-time position based in Mandaue City, Cebu. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for optimising load planning operations whilst leading and coordinating a team to ensure efficient warehouse and distribution activities. You will play a critical role in maximising vehicle utilisation, reducing transportation costs, and maintaining service excellence across our logistics operations. This position reports directly to senior management and has a direct impact on the operational efficiency and profitability of ADSIA Logistics Inc.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and optimise loads for outbound shipments, ensuring maximum vehicle utilisation and compliance with weight and safety regulations
• Coordinate with warehouse, sales and customer service teams to prioritise shipments and meet delivery schedules
• Manage and supervise a team of warehouse and logistics staff, providing guidance, training and performance feedback
• Monitor and analyse load efficiency metrics, identifying opportunities for cost reduction and service improvement
• Prepare accurate delivery documentation and maintain comprehensive records of all load planning activities
• Communicate with transport and delivery teams regarding load requirements, routes and special handling instructions
• Resolve operational issues and discrepancies related to load planning and shipment scheduling
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and industry standards
• Develop and implement load planning strategies that align with company objectives and customer requirements
• Conduct regular team meetings and maintain open communication with cross-functional departments

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in load planning, warehouse operations or logistics management
• Proven team leadership experience with the ability to motivate and manage staff effectively
• Strong knowledge of load optimisation principles, vehicle capacity management and logistics software systems
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
• Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and transportation management systems (TMS)
• Sound understanding of shipping regulations, safety standards and compliance requirements
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across departments
• Attention to detail and strong organisational abilities with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field (preferred)
• Experience with cost analysis and budget management is highly desirable
