Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of warehouse and logistics staff to ensure efficient operations and adherence to safety protocols
• Monitor warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing and shipping of goods
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
• Manage and track inventory levels, organizing stock rotation and maintaining accurate records
• Identify operational inefficiencies and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs
• Maintain and enforce workplace health and safety standards, conducting regular inspections and audits
• Train, mentor and develop team members, providing constructive feedback and performance management
• Communicate effectively with management, other departments and clients to resolve issues and meet operational targets
• Prepare reports on operational performance, incidents and key metrics for senior management

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sr. Operations Supervisor to join the DHL Supply Chain Phils., Inc. team in soon to open new warehouse site in Fatima Road, Jubay Liloan Cebu. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our logistics and supply chain facilities. As Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing teams, and maintaining the high standards of service that our clients expect from DHL. This role is integral to our commitment to operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities
