ADSIA Logistics Inc. in Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu, is seeking a dedicated Compliance Officer to join our growing team in a full-time capacity.

You will monitor compliance activities, identify risks, and implement corrective measures to safeguard our operations in the logistics sector. The role involves developing and maintaining compliance policies, conducting audits, preparing regulatory reports, and coordinating training across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Law, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in compliance, risk management, internal audit, or similar regulatory role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance frameworks in logistics/transport.
• Proficiency in data analysis and financial reporting; able to prepare clear compliance documentation.
• Excellent understanding of regulatory requirements and ability to interpret complex compliance legislation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities; able to explain complex compliance matters.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with compliance software or ERP systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Maintain accurate records of all compliance activities, audits, and regulatory filings.
• Stay informed of changes in relevant legislation, regulations, and industry standards to ensure the organization remains compliant.
• Work with internal stakeholders to develop and enhance compliance frameworks and internal controls.
• Liaise with external regulatory bodies and third-party auditors as required.

• Proficiency in data analysis and financial reporting, with the ability to prepare clear and concise compliance documentation

• Excellent understanding of regulatory requirements and the ability to interpret complex compliance legislation

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with the capacity to explain complex compliance matters to non-specialist audiences

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with compliance management software or ERP systems

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

• Professional certifications such as Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), or equivalent qualifications are highly desirable
