Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics or related distribution environment.
• Proven supervisory or team leadership experience with ability to motivate and manage staff.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Solid understanding of health, safety and environmental compliance in warehouse operations.
• Strong communication and collaboration across departments.
• Proactive problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch.
• Monitor staff performance and provide guidance, training and feedback to ensure productivity and quality.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, SOPs and company policies.
• Manage inventory levels, conduct stock counts and investigate discrepancies.
• Optimize warehouse layout and processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Liaise with customers, delivery partners and internal departments to resolve issues and meet service requirements.
• Prepare operational reports and maintain documentation on warehouse activities and staff performance.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements within warehouse operations.
