Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking an Operations Specialist for a hybrid role in Eastwood, Quezon City. You will manage data in internal systems, handle attendance communications with partner agencies, and coordinate clinic scheduling to support company growth.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Business or 3–5 years of relevant experience, strong accountability, independence, and proficiency with Outlook, Excel, Word, and Adobe Acrobat.

• Respond to operational inquiries during clinic hours, including weekends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address staffing needs.
• Update SOPs based on customer needs and process improvements.

Your Role

• Enter and maintain accurate data within internal communication systems and processes
• Communicate attendance records to partner agencies and submit marked‑up invoices
• Manage and facilitate staff scheduling, including availability requests and proposing clinic dates aligned with company growth objectives
• Respond to operational inquiries from clinic staff during clinic hours, including weekends
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to identify and address clinic staffing needs
• Maintain and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) based on customer needs and opportunities for process improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or 3–5 years of relevant work experience
• Demonstrated timely and accurate execution of tasks with a high level of accountability
• Self‑motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
