Job summary

RELIANCECARE INC. in Metro Manila is seeking a Clinic Operations Coordinator to oversee day-to-day clinic operations, ensure patient care excellence, and maintain high client service standards across assigned sites.

You will coach clinic nurses and staff, monitor KPIs, coordinate schedules and inventory, conduct audits, and serve as the main operations liaison with clients, driving continuous improvement onsite in Mandaluyong.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or healthcare-related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in clinical, business operations, or administrative roles.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• OH training certificates required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of assigned clinics, ensuring compliance with policies, standards, and client SLAs.
• Monitor clinic schedules, staffing requirements and utilization for efficiency.
• Conduct regular clinic visits and audits, including supplies, inventory, equipment, and compliance.
• Coach and support clinic nurses and personnel; monitor performance and KPIs.
• Serve as Operations liaison for clients, addressing operational concerns and coordinating requirements.
• Investigate incidents and coordinate corrective actions, ensuring closure of items.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of assigned clinics, ensuring compliance with company policies, operational standards, and client SLAs.
• Monitor clinic schedules, manpower deployment, staffing requirements, and utilization to ensure efficient clinic operations.
• Conduct regular clinic visits and operational audits, including monitoring of supplies, inventory, equipment, and compliance requirements.
• Coach and support clinic nurses and personnel, monitor performance and KPIs, and recommend appropriate improvement actions.
• Serve as the Operations point of contact for assigned clients, addressing operational concerns and coordinating client requirements.
• Investigate and document incidents, coordinate corrective actions, and monitor closure of action items.

Qualifications

• College graduate (4 - Year Bachelor's Degree required, preferably a Registered Nurse or with a degree in a medical or healthcare-related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in clinical, business operations, or administrative roles.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• OH training certificates required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, collaboration, and decision-making skills.
• Currently residing in Metro Manila and amenable to work onsite in Mandaluyong
