As a Commercial Inventory Coordinator, Sponsorships, your role is vital in keeping our customers happy and contributing to our organization’s growth and success.As Operations|Seven Network Metro - Sports & Sponsorships , you are responsible in ensuring that all employment and personal information of employees are kept and handled in accordance with existing company policies on Information Security and Data Privacy.A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLEThe Commercial Inventory (CI) Coordinator, Sponsorships is responsible for the communication, administration, management and delivery of advertising sponsorship telecasts, special placement and the maximisation of commercial inventory availabilities.Areas of Direct ResponsibilityPreparation, communication and administration of all sponsorship and premium revenue deals for General Entertainment programming across all channels.All required statutory & regulatory complianceAccurate delivery of all General Entertainment sponsorship and premium revenue deals, free of potential credits or makegoodsCorrect application of Sales and Inventory Management policies to maximise revenueProviding positive contributions to discussion and debate and proactively searching out innovative ways to improve present procedures.Using time effectively, economically and proactively to advance broader team delivery outcomes.Task specific Skills/Duties/ResponsibilitiesStay abreast of Seven and competitor programming and audience information and develop ongoing comprehensive knowledge of Seven’s product and performanceUnderstand and exercise regard for the statutory requirements of the Television Industry Code of Practice and the Australian Communications & Media AuthorityAdhere to Network policies and procedures that impact the Commercial Inventory outcomesCoordinate production of sponsor billboardsFormulate, produce and publish placement plans to deliver sponsor requirements for sponsored programsCoordinate special placement request/requirement with Sales and then translate and communicate to Commercial Inventory group, Sales, Presentation and Advanced Planning for accurate deliveryAdminister sponsorship availabilities to maximise revenue and inventory opportunitiesPrepare and present communications, verbal and written, for CI management as required in accordance with accepted company styles, standards and proceduresAttend Sales meetings and CI meetings and conferences and ensure efficient flow of information between CI and SalesLiaise with Presentation, Programming, Partnerships and Sales to maximise revenue opportunities while working within the Network’s presentation guidelinesProvide back up to CI Team Leader, Sponsorships at times of absence or unavailabilityPeople ManagementProvide timely and accurate information to appropriate parties when requested and requiredCommunicate with and assist CI and Sales Management and personnel and other Seven employees when required or directedBuild strong internal and external relationships to enhance the team’s overall effectiveness and performanceInitiate and encourage innovative thinking;
