A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE

As an Audio Scheduler at Acquire Intelligence, you will play a vital role in managing and delivering broadcast schedules that drive real commercial results. You will ensure campaigns and sponsorships are executed accurately, inventory is optimised, and all scheduling activities meet industry regulations and client expectations. Your Daily Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage audio schedules for channels, ensuring compliance with broadcasting, communications, and media regulations and codes of practice
• Ensure the accurate delivery of booked campaigns and sponsorships in line with client terms and conditions, minimising credits or make-good claims
• Apply Sales and Inventory Management policies to each schedule and transaction to maximise revenue potential
• Maintain and optimise commercial availability and inventory integrity to ensure maximum availability and revenue outcomes
• Process advanced program changes promptly and reconcile any affected commercial inventory
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of programming ratings, demand information, and industry issues impacting inventory
• Provide accurate and timely communications to onshore teams to ensure alignment between sales and content schedules
• Support the Team Leader in achieving team goals and contribute to problem-solving and process improvement discussions
• Participate in team meetings and identify innovative ways to enhance scheduling operations
• Efficiently manage document filing related to current inventory management policies for easy reference

a Bit About You

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a demonstrated passion for detail and accuracy
• Intermediate computer proficiency, including confident use of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Experience in media, advertising, or a media-oriented field, or relevant tertiary qualifications in a related discipline
• Background in an inbound call centre, service, or sales-oriented environment is an advantage
• Ability to learn new software and information systems quickly, building on an existing technical skill set
• Capable of working with minimal supervision while consistently meeting quality standards and deadlines
• Strong time management, planning, and organisational skills to handle multiple priorities efficiently
• Customer-focused with the ability to demonstrate empathy and professionalism in all stakeholder interactions
• Mentally agile and able to task-switch effectively while maintaining focus and accuracy under pressure
• Creative problem-solving ability and lateral thinking skills to resolve scheduling challenges proactively
