Bridge between SPX internal teams and OP partners to ensure alignment on standards, enhance visibility in parcel handling, and sustain a high-quality end-to-end delivery experience for buyers and sellers.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or higher in related fields.
• Proven ability to manage projects and lead teams.
• Experience analyzing operational metrics and turning data into actions.
• Experience in operations and logistics, with vendor management exposure.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and improve key operational metrics across hubs.
• Identify gaps and develop data-driven action plans.
• Lead performance reviews with OP partners and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs and compliance standards.
• Conduct audits and site visits for process validation and improvements.
• Provide training and capability-building for OP teams.
