Job summary

Qualifications

2–5 years of experience in logistics coordination, freight operations, transportation, shipping, or supply chain support.
Hands-on experience coordinating LTL and FTL freight shipments.
Experience with carriers, freight brokers, warehouses, or 3PL providers.
Strong understanding of shipment tracking and transportation workflows.
Proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Drive, and spreadsheet management.
Experience using logistics, shipping, ERP, or transportation management systems.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and schedule LTL and FTL shipments.
Request, compare and manage freight quotes from carriers.
Book transportation services and oversee shipment scheduling.
Coordinate dock appointments and receiving schedules with warehouses and fulfillment centers.
Track shipments and resolve delays or delivery issues.
Maintain shipment status updates and dashboards.
Communicate with carriers and warehouse teams for smooth operations.
Prepare shipping documents and keep records organized.
Support inventory transfers between facilities.
Assist marketplace and fulfillment shipment coordination.
