Job summary

RCBC is seeking a seasoned banking operations professional to lead production output, ensuring timely and error-free delivery of bank products and services. The role requires coordinating with internal and external stakeholders while upholding AMLA, compliance, and regulatory standards.

The successful candidate will manage a team, demonstrate strong attention to detail, and adapt quickly to changing priorities within a fast-paced banking environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any relevant course.
• 5-7 years of experience in banking operations in an officer role.
• Knowledge of bank operations, products and BSP regulations and reports; day-to-day banking activities.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt to changes and set priorities.

Responsibilities

• In charge of operations production output ensuring timely, and error-free delivery of bank products and services.
• Collaborate with relevant parties within internal and external controls, regulations and standards.
• Oversee unit members with supervisory responsibility and ensure AMLA/compliance requirements are met.

What will make you successful?

• Graduate of any relevant course. Master’s degree is an advantage.
• 5-7 years of experience in banking operations in an officer role
• Knowledge of Specific Functional Work : Bank’s operations, products and services BSP circulars, regulations and reports Day-to-day banking activities (i.e. Head Office and Business Centers)
• With high level of accuracy and attention to details.
• Ability to adapt to changes and set priorities.
