Job summary

RCBC in the Philippines is seeking an experienced banking operations leader to oversee production output and ensure precise, timely, and compliant delivery of bank products and services. You will supervise unit staff and work within AMLA and other regulatory requirements.

Applicants should have 5–7 years in banking operations at officer level, a relevant degree (Master’s preferred), and strong knowledge of BSP circulars and day-to-day banking activities with high accuracy and prioritization

Qualifications

• Graduate of any relevant course. Master’s degree is an advantage.
• 5-7 years of experience in banking operations in an officer role.
• Knowledge of bank operations, products and BSP circulars, regulations and reports.
• Day-to-day banking activities (Head Office and Business Centers).
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt to changes and set priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations production output ensuring competent, timely, and error-free delivery of bank products and services in collaboration with other relevant parties.
• Provide management and supervisory responsibility over unit members with compliance to AMLA and regulatory standards.
• Support production across multiple products and services including processing, documentation, accounting, reportorial and regulatory adherence.

• In charge of operations production output ensuring competent, timely, and error-free delivery of bank products and services in collaboration with other relevant parties of the organization within the prescribed internal and external controls, regulations and standards with management and supervisory responsibility over individual members of the unit, with full knowledge and application of current AMLA, Compliance and other regulatory requirements related to his/her specific
