• At least 3 years adequate experience in Consumer Finance/Lending Operations.
• Proven track record of leading teams, managing operational risks, and delivering process improvements.
• Possesses knowledge of lending processes & regulatory compliance.
• Adept at aligning goals with corporate objectives, driving management initiatives, and optimizing resources to achieve strategic outcomes.
• Fosters culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• The Operations Officer identifies, analyzes, and implements process improvement initiatives and system enhancements to drive operational efficiency, strengthen process/controls, streamlines operations and fuel sustainable business growth.
• Collaborates cross-functionally to optimize processes, implements industry-leading best practices, and drives strategic initiatives while ensuring robust risk management and operational excellence.
• Guides and trains Operations team members to deliver quality output and meet performance standards.
• Works closely with the Department/Division Head to accomplish strategic goals, ensures efficient operational management, and identifies opportunities for departmental growth and improvement.
