Job summary

Chinabank PH is seeking a seasoned Business Development Officer in Manila to drive growth of the Cash Management business. You will actively market, promote, and sell the full suite of cash management products to corporate and commercial clients, generating new opportunities and deepening relationships.

The role emphasizes solution-based selling, client consultations, and cross-functional coordination to ensure successful implementations and high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Management, Economics, Banking, or related business field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of relevant cash management sales experience in banking.
• Proven track record in business development, client acquisition, and relationship management.
• Strong understanding of cash management products and services including collections and liquidity solutions.
• Excellent sales, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel and conduct client visits.

Responsibilities

• Market and sell cash management products to corporate and commercial clients.
• Generate new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships.
• Provide sales and product support to branches and marketing units.
• Conduct client calls, presentations, and solution-based selling.
• Assess client requirements and recommend suitable cash management solutions.
• Coordinate implementation and service delivery with support units.
• Ensure high-quality customer service and timely resolution of client concerns.
• Monitor market developments and competitor offerings to identify growth opportunities.
• Meet assigned sales, revenue, and portfolio growth targets.
• Contribute to the Bank's business objectives and profitability goals.
