Job summary

Chinabank PH is seeking a Compliance Officer under the supervision of the HO Compliance Testing Department (HOCTD) Head to perform periodic board-approved validation and monitoring exercises. You will uphold CBC compliance system standards, ensure regulatory expectations are met, and foster a proactive compliance culture within and outside the department.

The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to liaise effectively with bank units and regulators.

Qualifications

• Analytical and detail-oriented.
• Must be a team-player able to liaise with bank units and regulators.
• 2 years banking operations or compliance/audit experience.

Responsibilities

• Carry out and report Board-approved ad-hoc validation and monitoring exercises.
• Uphold CBC compliance system standards and regulatory expectations.
• Maintain objective, constructive relations within and outside the Department.
