Strong customer communication skills are essential as you will also conduct cold calling and handle marketing-related activities.

• Efficient and timely processing of the Works Order & Purchase Orders.
• Manage and monitor maintenance contracts, coordinate with sales & technical team on maintenance issues.
• Timely communication with both internal and external customers for sales order status.
• Manage shipment and delivery schedules.
• Logistics monitoring inbound and outbound shipments.
• Compute for shipping budget and delivery costs of items.
• Efficient use of Vtiger CRM & Quickbooks for internal records processing including but not limited to purchase orders, maintenance contracts, etc.
• Facilitate accreditation process with customers.
• Conduct cold calling activities and secure meetings with potential customers.
• Other functions and responsibilities necessary for smooth operational processes beneficial to the company.
