This role coordinates cross-functional planning, optimizes warehouse workflows, and drives KPI performance for safety, quality, and on-time delivery. The manager oversees process standardization, capacity planning, and vendor collaboration, resolving bottlenecks and mitigating risk. Success requires data-driven decision making, strong communication, and disciplined execution to meet operational goals while enabling scalable growth and customer satisfaction.

Essential Job Skills/Duties

• Plans, organizes, and manages manufacturing processes to meet production targets.
• Monitors workflow and adjusts schedules as needed to ensure timely delivery.

• Start-up or scale-up environment success.

Required Licenses/Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
• Forklift safety certification.
• OSHA safety training completion.

Preferred Licenses/Certifications

• Problem solving skills (FMEA, MSA, SPC, DOE), Six Sigma Green Belt certified
• APICS CPIM or CSCP.
• PMP certification.

Supervisory Responsibilities

• Directly supervises Operations Supervisors.
• Manages vendor and 3PL performance.
