Job summary

Global Aerospace Technology is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily warehouse and manufacturing activities, ensuring safe, efficient execution and alignment with business goals.

You will drive process improvement, SOP development, and cost management while partnering with Finance, HR, Sales, and Procurement to sustain high productivity and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5–8 years of progressive experience in warehouse and/or manufacturing operations, including leadership or managerial responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, production planning, inventory management, process improvement, and operational best practices.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple operational priorities.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and ERP/Warehouse Management Systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor operational strategies, policies, and procedures that support organizational objectives.
• Ensure operational targets related to productivity, quality, delivery, and customer satisfaction are consistently achieved.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational processes, workflows, and overall efficiency.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce operational costs, and eliminate process inefficiencies.
• Develop, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure compliance across all operational functions.
• Work closely with Finance, Human Resources, Sales, Procurement, and other departments to ensure seamless operational execution.
• Promote effective communication and collaboration among teams to resolve operational issues and improve overall performance.
• Support the implementation of strategic business initiatives and operational projects.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare operational reports for senior management.
• Analyze operational data and identify trends, risks, and areas requiring improvement.
• Ensure departmental accountability for achieving operational objectives and performance targets.
• Assist in operational budget planning and monitor expenses to maintain cost efficiency.
• Optimize the utilization of manpower, equipment, facilities, and other operational resources.
• Recommend cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality or productivity.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, health and safety standards, and industry best practices.
• Identify operational risks and implement appropriate preventive and corrective actions.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant working environment.
