Global Aerospace Technology Philippines Inc. is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead daily warehouse and manufacturing activities in Cavite, Philippines. You will develop strategies, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement across multiple functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field (Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Manufacturing Engineering).
• 5-8 years of progressive experience in warehouse and/or manufacturing operations with leadership duties.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse ops, production planning, inventory management, and process improvement.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office; ERP/WMS knowledge is an advantage.
• Knowledge about aerospace is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse and manufacturing operations to ensure efficient, safe, and effective execution of business activities.
• Develop, implement, and monitor operational strategies, policies, and procedures that support organizational objectives.
• Ensure operational targets related to productivity, quality, delivery, and customer satisfaction are consistently achieved.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational processes, workflows, and overall efficiency.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and eliminate inefficiencies.
• Develop, implement, and maintain SOPs and ensure compliance across all operational functions.
• Work closely with Finance, HR, Sales, Procurement, and other departments to ensure seamless operational execution.
• Promote effective communication and collaboration among teams to resolve operational issues and improve performance.
• Support the implementation of strategic business initiatives and operational projects.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare operational reports for senior management.
• Analyze operational data and identify trends, risks, and areas requiring improvement.
• Ensure departmental accountability for achieving operational objectives and performance targets.
• Assist in operational budget planning and monitor expenses to maintain cost efficiency.
