The role emphasizes KPI monitoring, process optimization, and compliance with Quality, Safety, Health and Security guidelines, plus collaboration with HR, IT, Finance, and procurement to meet SLAs. Bachelor's degree in business or related field and 3–5 years in logistics with SAP/WMS knowledge

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in logistics and warehouse operations, with at least 1 year in a managerial role.
• Familiarity with multinational client requirements and SLA-driven operations.
• Knowledge of SAP and WMS is required.

People Management

• Manages operation, supervising workflow coordinating teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Monitors operations KPI (key performance indicators) to assess efficiency and effectiveness.
• Optimizes workflows and processes to ensure high quality operation.
• Upholds Quality Safety, Health and Security guidelines and enforce compliance.

• Manages day to day operations, overseeing the operations Team and department.
• Monitors employee and Team performance, offering coaching and training and feedback for improvement.

Process & Strategy

• Analyzes data to identify process improvement opportunities and cost savings. Stakeholder Relationship Management
• Develops collaborative relationships with leaders of other functions such as HR, IT, Finance, procurement, Manpower partner, etc. Customer Satisfaction
• Ensures all KPI/ SLA are met based on the contract agreement.
• Ensures regular Monthly Business Review with client to discuss the performance, opportunities, plans and programs.
• Proactively offers a solution for a new project that will drive for long-term customer engagement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
