Job summary

Utopia Design is seeking an Operations Manager to build systems, optimize workflows, and drive cross‑team alignment across design, development, construction, property, and hospitality. You will own processes end‑to‑end, implement scalable operations, and lead initiatives that make daily work efficient while preparing the company for rapid growth. Join a remote‑first, globally distributed team delivering luxury hospitality experiences and helping to shape how a brand operates at scale.

Qualifications

• +2 years in operations, project management
• Experience leading cross‑functional projects in fast‑moving environments
• Strong problem‑solving, organizational, and communication skills
• Higher education degree, ideally in Engineering, Maths or another STEM field
• Fluent English

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize the company's operational backbone by designing, technically implementing, and maintaining core workflows in Jira, Confluence, G Suite, etc.
• Contribute to people processes: talent acquisition, employee development, and performance management, etc.
• Contribute to business processes: design development, construction and property management, etc.
• Lead full project management from initial planning to final execution.
• Develop and implement comprehensive cost saving measures, including P&L analysis.
