Job summary

Utopia Design is seeking a technically strong architect to join our design team for boutique hospitality assets, focusing on late design phases from RIBA Stage 3 through construction.

You will lead BIM coordination in Revit, Navisworks, and related tools, produce buildable documentation, and ensure quality and coordination across disciplines. This is a remote, 40-hour-per-week role in CET hours; visa sponsorship is not provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture.
• 5 to 10 years of experience in architectural design.
• Experience on low-rise residential and hospitality projects.
• Portfolio is required.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD and Navisworks.
• Professional level of English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical design for high-end hospitality projects.
• Develop and manage coordinated Revit models and documents.
• Coordinate architecture with structural, MEP, and interiors using BIM/Navisworks.
• Resolve multidisciplinary clashes and propose practical solutions.
• Prepare tender and construction-stage documentation.
• Guide BIM modelers and contribute to internal standards.
