Ideal candidates should have a degree in a related field, excellent communication skills, and experience in property management, ensuring compliance with regulatory permits and resolving property issues efficiently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Hospitality Management, Facility Management, or Business Administration.
• Licensed Electrical Engineer or at least 5 years of experience in property management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Detail-oriented with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.

Responsabilités

• Assist in managing building occupancy and maintenance.
• Communicate with residents and owners regarding property matters.
• Coordinate with third parties for repairs and maintenance.
• Handle billing, collection, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory permits and documentation.
• Investigate and help resolve property issues and complaints.
• Prepare and monitor budgets and operational reports.
• Contribute to achieving KPIs such as 100% closure of customer concerns, full compliance, and complete 201 file updates.
