Responsibilities
Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance and repair requirements.
Organize and facilitate seminars for buyers and homeowners on property maintenance, community rules, and other relevant topics.
Manage buyer and homeowner inquiries through Viber or other communication channels in the absence of the Property Admin Assistant, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
Assist in the registration process of the Homeowners Association (HOA) in Calamba, ensuring legal compliance and smooth coordination with homeowners.
Oversee occupancy processes such as move-in/move-out procedures, unit inspections, and tenant coordination.
Process and monitor construction bond applications, ensuring complete documentation, compliance with policies, and timely submission.
Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve technical issues, maintenance requests, and construction-related concerns.
Maintain organized and accurate records of all activities, transactions, and communications related to property management operations.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Property Management, or any related field.
Experience in property management, real estate, facilities management, or a related industry is an advantage.
Strong communication and customer service skills; able to interact professionally with buyers, homeowners, and external partners.
Knowledge of property laws, HOA processes, occupancy procedures, and construction bond requirements.
Experience in conducting seminars and coordinating community activities is a plus.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
Proficient in using communication tools such as Viber, email, and phone.
