Job summary

Tianshi Philippines is seeking an Operations Manager to build and lead the local operations team. You will follow SOPs from overseas sales for nomination cargoes and oversee CIF business operations to deliver high-quality, total logistics services.

You will manage carrier relationships, space utilization, and timely AR settlements while training new staff and ensuring smooth communications across channels. Strong knowledge of PH logistics is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Freight Forwarding and International Logistics
• Experience in Sea Freight Export, especially TP trade
• Strong knowledge of the Philippines logistics and freight forwarding market
• Open minded to new business, culture, and working methods
• Basic legal knowledge in the Philippines

Responsibilities

Key Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with:

5 Years or above experience in Freight Forwarding and International Logistics.

Experience in Sea Freight Export, especially TP trade

Strong knowledge of the Philippines logistics and freight forwarding market

Open mind to new business, culture, working method, etc.

Basic legal knowledge at PH
