As the senior country leader, you will have full P&L responsibility and will be accountable for developing and executing the long-term strategy to drive sustainable growth, operational excellence, and market leadership. Key Accountabilities

• Own full P&L accountability for the Philippines Freight Forwarding business, delivering sustainable growth, profitability, cash flow performance, and shareholder value.
• Define and execute the country’s long-term growth strategy, ensuring alignment with Southeast Asia regional priorities and global business objectives while adapting to evolving market dynamics and competitive landscapes.
• Provide visionary leadership to the country organization, fostering a high-performance, customer-centric culture characterized by accountability, collaboration, resilience, and continuous improvement.
• Support commercial programs to accelerate revenue growth, expand market share, strengthen strategic customer relationships, and identify new business opportunities across key industry sectors.
• Ensure operational excellence across all Freight Forwarding and Logistics products, driving service quality, productivity, innovation, and profitable growth while maintaining a relentless focus on customer satisfaction.
• Lead and influence effectively within a complex matrix organization, aligning regional and functional stakeholders to deliver business objectives and navigate uncertainty and ambiguity.
• Represent the company externally as the senior executive for the Philippines, building trusted relationships with key customers, government authorities, industry bodies, strategic partners, and other stakeholders.
• Build organizational capability through effective talent management, succession planning, leadership development, and workforce engagement, ensuring a strong and sustainable leadership pipeline.
• Drive business transformation and organizational agility, identifying opportunities to enhance competitiveness, improve operational efficiency, and position the business for long-term success.
• Ensure the business operates with the highest levels of compliance, governance, and ethical standards.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related discipline. An MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is preferred.
• Minimum 15+ years of progressive leadership experience within the logistics, freight forwarding, transportation, supply chain, or related sectors, including at least 5–7 years in a senior Management role with full P&L accountability.
• Proven track record of leading, building, scaling, and transforming logistics or freight forwarding businesses, consistently delivering profitable growth, market share expansion, operational excellence, and sustainable financial performance.
• Deep understanding of the Philippines logistics and freight forwarding market, including customer segments, competitive dynamics, regulatory frameworks, trade flows, and key industry trends.
• A hands-on and entrepreneurial leader with the ability to seamlessly balance strategic thinking with operational execution, willing to roll up sleeves and drive outcomes in both growth and turnaround environments.
• Proven ability to lead effectively through uncertainty, ambiguity, and organizational complexity, demonstrating resilience, adaptability, and sound judgment while influencing outcomes across matrix structures and diverse stakeholder groups.
• High levels of integrity, sound judgment, and commitment to governance, compliance, ethics, and corporate responsibility.
