You will optimize transportation, negotiate with carriers, ensure customs compliance, and manage vendor relationships while leading cross-functional teams to deliver on-time results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Customs or any Business field.
• 5–10+ years in logistics, with international shipping/supply chain leadership.
• Sales experience is a plus, with negotiating, presentation and operations know-how.
• Knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and Incoterms.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills with ERP/logistics software.

Responsibilities

• Global Supply Chain Coordination: Plan, manage, and monitor movement of goods from manufacturing sites to international customers, ensuring on-time delivery.
• International Compliance & Customs: Ensure all imports/exports comply with regulations, including customs clearance documentation.
• Logistics Strategy & Optimization: Develop strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
• Vendor & Carrier Management: Negotiate rates and contracts with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and 3PLs.

• Logistics Strategy & Optimization: Develop strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels, such as analyzing transport routes.
• Vendor & Carrier Management: Negotiate rates and contracts with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and third-party logistics providers (3PLs).

Job Qualifications

Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs and utilize logistics software/ERP systems to track shipments.

• Experience: Usually 5–10+ years in logistics, with significant experience in international shipping/supply chain leadership.
• With sales experience, background is advantage, knowledgeable in negotiating, presentation and operations.
• Knowledge: Expertise in international trade regulations, customs procedures, and Incoterms.
• Skills: Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Logistics/ERP software.
• Education: Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field.
