Job summary

Tianshi Philippines is seeking an Operations Manager to build and lead the local operations team. You will follow SOPs from overseas sales for nomination cargoes and oversee CIF business operations to deliver high-quality, total logistics services.

You will manage carrier relationships, space utilization, and timely AR settlements while training new staff and ensuring smooth communications across channels. Strong knowledge of PH logistics is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Freight Forwarding and International Logistics
• Experience in Sea Freight Export, especially TP trade
• Strong knowledge of the Philippines logistics and freight forwarding market
• Open minded to new business, culture, and working methods
• Basic legal knowledge in the Philippines

Responsibilities

• Build up Tianshi Philippines Operations team
• Follow up SOP instructed by overseas sales for nomination cargoes
• Follow up operation for local canvassed (CIF) business
• Lead the team to ensure high quality service (total logistics) with full customer satisfaction
• Maintain good carrier relationships and maximize space management under GM guidance
• Problem and complaints solving
• Check AR and AP input in system and push for timely AR settlement
• Training new Booking and CS staff
• Ensure smooth internal and external communications, timely response for email, WeChat, Teams, and phone calls
• New tasks aligned with company development
