  • Ensure that all healthcare manpower requests, job orders, and deployment requirements are properly tracked, prioritized, and fulfilled.
  • Supervise and coordinate with sourcing and processing teams to ensure smooth movement of candidates from sourcing to deployment.
  • Identify operational gaps, delays, backlogs, and conversion issues, and recommend practical solutions.
  • Establish clear team targets, daily priorities, weekly reports, and escalation protocols.
Sourcing Strategy and Pipeline Development

  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future manpower requirements.
  • Maximize sourcing channels, including job portals, social media, referrals, nursing groups, schools, review centers, healthcare networks, job fairs, and branch sourcing.
  • Monitor sourcing productivity, candidate conversion, interview attendance, selection rates, and deployment readiness.
  • Coach the sourcing team on lead generation, candidate engagement, screening quality, and follow-through.
Processing, Documentation, and Deployment Coordination
  • Oversee coordination between sourcing, processing, compliance, and account management teams.
  • Monitor candidate document completion, medical, training, visa, contract, DMW, MWO, OEC, and deployment requirements.
  • Ensure documentation accuracy, candidate readiness, and compliance with required timelines.
  • Escalate delays involving candidate documents, employer requirements, accreditation, visa, medical, or deployment concerns.
  • Ensure trackers and reports are updated, accurate, and useful for management decision-making.
Client and Account Coordination
  • Coordinate closely with clients, account handlers, and management regarding manpower requirements, interview schedules, selection updates, deployment timelines, and operational concerns.
  • Ensure client expectations are properly documented, communicated, and aligned with actual delivery capacity.
  • Support client campaigns, interviews, job order fulfillment, and special recruitment activities.
  • Maintain professional communication with clients and protect Camox's service quality and reputation.
Compliance and Stakeholder Coordination
  • Work closely with the Marketing & Compliance team for DMW, MWO, job order, accreditation, and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure all healthcare recruitment and deployment activities are aligned with ethical recruitment standards, DMW rules, and company policies.
  • Coordinate with relevant internal and external stakeholders, including government offices, clinics, training providers, review centers, and partner institutions where required.
  • Report compliance risks, candidate complaints, document issues, or irregularities immediately.
Reporting, Analytics, and Performance Management
  • Prepare and review operational dashboards, pipeline reports, aging reports, conversion reports, deployment reports, and bottleneck analyses.
  • Track key metrics such as manpower request fulfillment, sourcing volume, endorsement-to-selection rate, selection-to-deployment rate, document completion rate, deployment turnaround time, and candidate withdrawal/backout rate.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and coaching sessions.
  • Recommend manpower, process, system, or policy improvements to improve operational output.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or any related field.
