MicroSourcing is hiring a Healthcare Recruiter to support US healthcare accounts in a hybrid setup (MOA or Eastwood Quezon City). You will lead end-to-end recruitment for clinical and non-clinical roles, sourcing through healthcare portals, social networks, and professional bodies, and ensure credential verification and smooth onboarding.

Your Role

• Execute end‑to‑end recruitment from job posting and sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding for clinical and non‑clinical healthcare roles (e.g., US Registered Nurses, Medical Coders, Case Managers, Allied Health professionals).
• Source and identify qualified medical and healthcare candidates through specialized channels, including healthcare job portals, social media, nursing associations, and professional networks.
• Screen all applications to ensure they meet the specific credentials, active licensures (e.g., PRC, NCLEX, US state licenses), certifications, and experience required for each specialized healthcare position.
• Endorse qualified candidates regularly to healthcare hiring managers and international clients, providing consistent hiring updates to ensure alignment.
• Facilitate calibration sessions and hand‑off processes to stakeholders in Operations, Human Resources, and Client Management.
• Implement and manage assigned recruitment tools, healthcare assessment platforms, and processes to optimize hiring efficiency.
• Maintain an active pipeline of healthcare talent to meet the fast‑paced and high‑volume demands of healthcare accounts.

What You Need

Non‑negotiables

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Nursing, Allied Health, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and oral, with the ability to effectively engage healthcare professionals.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain service quality and strict credential verification under time pressure.
• Ability to work additional hours, adjust to shifting schedules (to align with US/overseas healthcare clients), or travel across sites as dictated by business demands.

Preferred Skills/expertise

• At least 2 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, specifically handling end‑to‑end healthcare or medical recruitment.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various sourcing job portals, with a strong understanding of medical terminology and healthcare certifications.
• Strong negotiation and problem‑solving skills for effective offer management, credentialing navigation, and stakeholder relations.
• Analytical mindset to connect information from multiple angles and find adequate hiring solutions for specialized medical accounts.
