Job summary

Camox Philippines Inc. in Makati is seeking an Operations Manager for Healthcare to lead the Healthcare Division, focusing on Middle East recruitment accounts.

You will drive end-to-end operations from sourcing to deployment and ensure targets are met with compliance and quality. The ideal leader manages high-volume processes, coaches cross-functional teams, and builds robust pipelines through diverse sourcing channels, while coordinating with client accounts and ensuring timely documentation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, HR, Business Administration, Management or related field.
• At least 5 years in recruitment, healthcare staffing or overseas operations management.
• Experience with healthcare recruitment, especially nurses or medical professionals, preferred.
• Familiarity with DMW, MWO, overseas processes, accreditation and ethical recruitment standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Healthcare Division operations across sourcing, screening, processing, documentation and deployment.
• Ensure manpower requests, job orders and deployment requirements are tracked, prioritized and fulfilled.
• Supervise sourcing and processing teams to move candidates from sourcing to deployment smoothly.
• Identify operational gaps, delays and bottlenecks; propose practical solutions.
• Establish targets, daily priorities, weekly reports and escalation protocols.
• Coordinate with clients, account handlers and management on manpower needs and deployment timelines.
• Maintain compliance with DMW, MWO, visa, medical and deployment timelines.
