Camox Philippines Inc. is seeking a Recruitment Specialist for Healthcare to support sourcing, screening, profiling, and candidate management of nurses and healthcare professionals for overseas employment opportunities.

This Makati-based role requires a proactive, persuasive, and highly organized individual capable of building a strong healthcare candidate pipeline and coordinating with clients and operations teams for deployment.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in HR, psychology, nursing, or related field.
• Experience in recruitment, healthcare staffing, or overseas recruitment preferred.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills may be considered.
• Experience sourcing nurses or healthcare workers is a strong advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office and online sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing healthcare candidates via portals, social media, referrals, and events.
• Screen applicants based on client requirements and qualifications.
• Prepare accurate candidate profiles, CV summaries, and endorsement sheets.
• Maintain regular candidate communication and manage interview schedules.
