Camox Philippines Inc. is seeking a Recruitment Specialist for Healthcare to support sourcing, screening, profiling, and candidate management of nurses and healthcare professionals for overseas employment opportunities.

This Makati-based role requires a proactive, persuasive, and highly organized individual capable of building a strong healthcare candidate pipeline and coordinating with clients and operations teams for deployment.

Qualifications

Graduate degree in HR, psychology, nursing, or related field.
Experience in recruitment, healthcare staffing, or overseas recruitment preferred.
Fresh graduates with strong communication skills may be considered.
Experience sourcing nurses or healthcare workers is a strong advantage.
Proficient in MS Office and online sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

Sourcing healthcare candidates via portals, social media, referrals, and events.
Screen applicants based on client requirements and qualifications.
Prepare accurate candidate profiles, CV summaries, and endorsement sheets.
Maintain regular candidate communication and manage interview schedules.
