AyalaLand Logistics Holdings Corp. in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to align manpower, materials, methods, and measures with management and client KRAs, and to generate maximum profitability from everyday activities.

The role emphasizes strong leadership and strategic process optimization. The position requires extensive warehouse and logistics experience, with emphasis on cold chain and inventory control, budget oversight, and ensuring SLA-driven service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 7–10 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role.
• Experience in cold chain, cold storage, food, pharmaceutical, or temperature-controlled logistics is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse and inventory management principles.
• Familiarity with cold chain operations and temperature-controlled storage requirements.
• Knowledge of relevant food safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Experience in managing budgets, operational costs, and productivity targets.
• Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multitask in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Strong planning, organizational, and continuous improvement skills.
• High level of integrity, accountability, and customer orientation.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules and respond to operational emergencies when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Enhance / develop operations system by determining product handling and storage requirements; develop, implement, enforce and evaluate policies and procedures, equipment utilization and inventory management.
• Perform account management activities to ensure client retention; together with the Operations Supervisor, ensure that all clients’ inquiries, requests and concerns are being attended and addressed.
• Help achieve excellent customer experience by ensuring that the required services by the client are delivered timely (within SLA) and with quality.
• Handles direction setting for operations and facilities related matters and ensures consistency in warehouse management.
• Understand the target markets, including industry, company, project, company contacts to strategically create expansion strategies that can be used to attract clients.
• Plan and manage the cold storage warehouse with suppliers, logistics providers, transportation companies and customers.
• Deliver solutions to logistics needs while maintaining high levels of quality and service within budgetary requirements.
• Forecast requirement; prepare an annual budget; schedule expenditures; analyze variances and initiating corrective actions
• Assist in the collection of outstanding account or receivables from clients; and

JOB PURPOSE
