• Develop and execute long-term strategies to strengthen cold chain logistics operations.

• Partner with executive leadership to align operational goals with overall business objectives.

Operational Excellence

• Oversee transportation, warehousing, and inventory management with a focus on compliance, safety, and efficiency.

• Establish and monitor KPIs, driving process improvements that reduce costs and enhance service delivery.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors / Masters Degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)

• Managerial experience of at least 10 years AND proven experience (ideally 5+ years) in cold chain logistics, with a strong understanding of temperature-controlled storage, transportation, and distribution processes

• Demonstrated success in a leadership role within the logistics industry and with high integrity

• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and quality management systems

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Strategic thinker with the ability to make sound decisions in a dynamic environment

• Meticulous and possesses good analytical and problem-solving skills

• Technology savvy and well versed with digital solutions (Microsoft Office Suite) and ERPs
