Job summary

Ogooda Car Accessories in the Philippines seeks an Operations Manager to oversee warehouse activities in Quezon City. You will lead daily operations, optimize inventory accuracy, and drive process improvements.

This role requires strong WMS knowledge, Excel skills, and a proven ability to manage teams, maintain safety standards, and coordinate cross‑functional logistics to ensure efficient service levels.

Qualifications

• At least college level or graduate.
• At least 2 years of experience as an operation manager or similar.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control techniques.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to improve operational efficiency.
• Knowledgeable in inventory systems and MS Excel.
• Flexible to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong commitment to safety, compliance and operational excellence.
