Job summary

Metro Pacific Tollways in the Philippines seeks a proactive professional to develop, implement, maintain and enforce toll, traffic and security procedures across the expressway. You will optimize toll lane availability, manage carriageways and respond to incidents and tropical storms while ensuring staffing levels prevent unmanned posts.

You will monitor performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and enforce safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, maintain and enforce toll, traffic and security procedures, policies and work instructions.
• Ensure toll lane availability is optimized with queuing minimized and manage carriageway and lanes through development of traffic management scenarios for incidents and tropical storms.
• Optimize staffing levels for Toll Collection, Traffic Management and Security Management to avoid unmanned posts and disruptions, especially during holidays and seasonal sensitivities.
• Prepare and analyze toll collection, traffic and security incident statistics for continuous improvement and innovation.
• Ensure effective systems for traffic patrolling, incident response and recovery, anti-overloaded vehicle monitoring and enforcement, weigh-in-motion and vehicle speed enforcement across the expressway.

Job description

Develop, implement, maintain and enforce toll, traffic and security procedures, policies and work instructions.

Ensure toll lane availability is optimized with queuing minimized and ensure carriageway and lane management through the development of tactical and strategic traffic management scenarios for minor and major incidents and tropical storms which produce high winds and reduce visibility.

Ensure optimized staffing level of Toll Collection, Traffic Management and Security Management to ensure no unmanned post at any given time that can result in disruption of operations most especially during seasonal sensitivities in respect to national holidays and festivities, local and national economies.

Prepares and analyses toll collection, traffic and security incident statistics and trends to be used for continuous improvement and innovation.

Ensures that an effective and efficient system for traffic patrolling, incident response and recovery, anti-overloaded vehicle monitoring and enforcement, implementation, monitoring and enforcement of the weigh-in-motion process, and vehicle speed enforcement across the expressway is in place.

Monitors compliance with company objectives, procedures, and quality standards.

Shall follow all the safety rules and protocols set by the company.
